Organizational Alignment of Two Industrial Sites Serving Civil and Military Purposes
Our mission
The client turned to iQo to standardize and reorganize the operating procedures at two sites with differing practices and distinct cultures—shaped by their respective products—in order to reduce costs and cycle times.
At the same time, iQo provided support to help prepare the teams for the transition to SAP
Our approach
- Completion within 3 months of an assessment, guiding principles for development, and organizational scenarios
- Organization and management of the implementation project over 6 months: 7 work sites, 50 people, 400 people affected by the change
- Ability to align the interests of multiple stakeholders (research, production, procurement, and institutions)
- Implementing best practices in change management while avoiding the NIH (Not Invented Here) syndrome
Structuring Data Governance

As part of the process of defining new IT and architecture roadmaps, our client wanted to incorporate a data governance component into the roadmaps to address BI challenges (duplication of solutions and reports, issues with tracking and definition, etc.)
