iQers course
Each iQer has a Buddy to accompany him or her as they take their first steps within the company, and a Mentor to discuss all matters relating to the firm and the profession in total benevolence and confidentiality. The Mentor takes part in the iQer'sannual appraisal, to help him or her progress, in a spirit of continuous feedback.
The development of each iQer's hybridization is essential and materializes through participation in a variety of assignments, but also thanks to a core of training courses around the markers that make iQo: Positive Impact, Data, Design Thinking and Innovation.
From the manager grade upwards, each iQer can become more involved in the collective by acquiring a stake in the company.
The iQo organizational model
- We are organized around 5 areas of expertise: PF&T (Performance, Finance & Turnover), Tech for Business, Data, StratOp (Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Dynamics...) and Financial Services.
- Our cross-functional "squads " enable us to discover new ways of working and thinking, so that each member is empowered and develops greater autonomy.

The firm's life is punctuated by special events organized by our in-house entertainment team.
