What is your career path?

An engineering graduate of Centrale Paris, I began my career at Société Générale's General Inspection department, before joining various consulting firms such as PwC, Exton Consulting, Accenture and Julhiet Sterwen. There, I led strategy and transformation projects, integrating Data and AI as levers for optimization and decision-making.

My expertise covers the entire data enhancement cycle: structuring foundations, governance, steering Data & AI programs and industrializing analytical uses.

Over the years, I've developed a pragmatic approach, combining strategic vision and technological innovation, to help companies turn Data and AI into tools for performance and differentiation.

Today, I'm contributing to the development of the AI Accelerator within iQo, to support our customers in the strategic and operational integration of Artificial Intelligence.

Why did you decide to join the iQo project?

iQo stands out for its hybrid approach, combining business expertise, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence and Impact to help companies transform.

Joining iQo means becoming part of a collective that puts Data and AI at the service of business impact, with a vision rooted in reality and focused on results.

This desire to blend technical excellence and strategic vision by accelerating on AI is fully in line with my approach to the challenges of transformation.

Beyond its agility and entrepreneurial spirit, iQo is a company with a mission and a commitment, which puts the creation of sustainable value at the heart of its approach. I was particularly attracted by this dynamic and by the culture of teamwork and innovation that drives the company.

How are Data and AI integrated into iQo's customer missions?

At iQo, we leverage Data and AI as strategic levers to accelerate business transformation and performance. Thanks to our consultants trained in AI tools and our proprietary technological assets, we deliver high value-added solutions tailored to our customers' challenges.

Our pragmatic and experimental approach enables us to co-construct tailor-made solutions with business teams, aligning innovation and business impact. In an ecosystem rich in solutions, we help our customers make informed choices by aligning innovation and performance.

By adopting an objective, Data-Driven approach, we help our customers integrate analytical levers such as visualization, modeling, artificial intelligence and Generative AIto fully realize the promise of Data and AI.

Passion?

Beyond my passion for Data, AI and technological innovations in this field, I'm deeply attached to my roots and my home country, Cameroon, often described as "Africa in miniature" for its cultural and geographical diversity.

This richness inspires me every day, both in my approach to challenges and in my vision of leadership and innovation. Valuing the potential of talent from diverse backgrounds and contributing to inclusive and sustainable transformation are among the driving forces that motivate me.
