Teresa Dorner, who has been with iQo since its founding in January 2021, has just been named a Partner.
Teresa has been supporting organizations in their transformation and optimization initiatives for nearly twenty years. Her career, which has spanned both operational roles and consulting, has given her a deep understanding of the strategic, organizational, and people-related challenges her clients face.
She works with senior management and business units in France and internationally to design and lead operational strategy programs. Her approach combines a big-picture (strategic) perspective, practical on-the-ground expertise, and stakeholder engagement to ensure value creation at all levels, even in complex environments.

Throughout her career, Teresa has led high-impact transformations at CAC 40 companies and mid-sized firms. While her expertise is particularly recognized in the industrial and utilities sectors, she is regularly called upon in other industries to provide a critical perspective, informed by the diversity of contexts from her past assignments.
At iQo, Teresa leads the practices process transformation and performance, where she oversees the professional development of the teams and the training offerings for clients. In these areas, she focuses in particular on co-developing new offerings by incorporating the firm’s innovations.
