iQo processes your personal data for recruitment purposes.
This processing is required as a pre-contractual measure and is in iQo's legitimate interest (to assess your application and recruit). If your application is successful, we will use your personal data to prepare your employment contract.
We will keep your personal data secure, protecting it from loss, disclosure or unauthorized access. Personal data processed will include the information included in your CV:
- Data relating to your identity, including your nationality and whether you hold a residence permit;
- Your photo if you have sent this data (we will then consider that you consent to its processing);
- Information about your personal life (interests, etc.);
- Information about your education and professional experience.
We will also process publicly accessible data about you found on the Internet (social media presence).
This data will not be used for automated decision-making.
Failure to provide certain requested data or objecting to the processing of your data may have an impact on your application.
The human resources department and the candidates' potential line managers will have access to your personal data as required for the purposes described above.
We do not pass on your data to third parties, with the exception of service providers who assist us in the recruitment process, such as recruitment agencies, who may also send us your personal data. We may also disclose your personal data if required to do so by law. We may transfer your data outside the EEA to Switzerland, where we also have offices. Switzerland has been recognized as an adequate country for the protection of personal data.
Your personal data will be kept for a maximum period of two years after our last contact.

- Restrict the processing and transfer of your personal data.
If you believe that iQo has breached the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), you may file a complaint with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés ("CNIL").
