iQo is proud to announce the arrival of Fabrice BROSSARDas a partner in the Financial Services.
Alongside the other partners in the Financial Services division, Laura PERRES-GANNÉ, Christophe LEROY and Guillaume TEBOULHe will bring all the expertise he has acquired in the insurance industry (AXA, Generali, Zurich Insurance...) and in consulting.
What is your career path?
After graduating from business school, I started my career in consulting at Accenture, then at McKinsey, where I began to discover financial services, particularly insurance, through strategy and business transformation projects.
I then embarked on an insurance career with Zurich Financial Services in Switzerland, AXA in France and Generali in Italy, during which I had the chance to work on strategy, organization, operational performance and cost control, as well as transformation and technology.
On my return to France, I joined Accenture to develop business with major insurance accounts.
Why did you decide to join the iQo project?
Joining a fast-growing firm and building something new with the iQo collective appealed to me immediately.
The values of the firm and the entrepreneurial spirit embodied by this mission-driven company reinforced this desire. Last but not least, the opportunity to advise my customers in a personalized and totally specific way was a key factor in my decision.
With my arrival, we are strengthening our existing insurance expertise to deploy iQo's innovative consulting model in this sector.
