iQo is proud to announce the arrival of Hamza SALAH-MARS as a partner in the Tech4Business. He joins a fast-growing department created in 2023 within iQo.

What is your career path?
After graduating from engineering and business schools, I quickly moved on to management and consulting positions with firms of all sizes. For more than 15 years, I have been perfecting my specialties around adding value to IT products and services, drawing inspiration from best practices in the market, for which I am also a trainer.
Throughout my career, I've been lucky enough to be involved in a number of digital transformation that impact both IT and corporate functions. My aim is simple: to deliver maximum value to the business, where it is expected.
Multi-sectoral, my areas of expertise are IT strategy, operational performance, TOM, ITIL and E/ITSM.
Why did you decide to join the iQo project?
Rejoindre un cabinet jeune, en pleine croissance avec l’idée de bâtir quelque chose de grand m’a tout de suite séduit. De plus, l’esprit entrepreneurial qu’incarne cette société à mission, n’a laissé aucun doute dans mon choix de les rejoindre. Ces valeurs, portées par iQo, sont en phase avec les miennes et celles de mes clients.

By definition, teamwork and diversity are strengths that iQo naturally cultivates. The Tech for Business team is the perfect illustration of iQo's hybrid approach. These consultants come from all walks of life, including engineering, business schools and IEP. I share with them the desire to improve the day-to-day lives of CIOs in the service of the business. Our ambition is also to support them in the directions they need to take to co-construct the future of their function.
Passion?
I'm a big fan of basketball, and enjoy playing it on the court as much as watching the games and savoring the systems used to play it. It inspires me for my job. I love the tactical and collective spirit, the need to evolve quickly, and the need to always be ready to support your teammates.
