The strategy and transformation consulting firm iQo announces that it has been awarded the “Engagé RSE” certification by AFNOR. Aligned with the guidelines of the international ISO 26000 standard, this certification recognizes the maturity of the firm’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, as well as our positive impact on our clients and our ecosystem
AFNOR "Committed to CSR" certification and Responsability Europe CSR certification
In June 2026, iQo was awarded theAFNOR “Committed to CSR” certification at the highest level: “Exemplary”! This status also qualifies us for the Responsability Europe CSR certification.
And since “good things come in threes,” we also received, at the same time, the renewal of our status as a mission-driven company following an external audit.
These certifications are the direct result of our corporate decisions and, above all, the day-to-day commitment of our iQers.
This certification, obtained following a rigorous assessment conducted by an independent third-party organization, marks a decisive milestone in iQo’s journey, as the company is committed to supporting positive transformations within businesses.
Laura PERRES-GANNÉ, Partner at iQo and Head of the Impact Accelerator
A rigorous and transparent assessment, based on ISO 26000
AFNOR’s “Engagé RSE” label is based on a comprehensive assessment model. It thoroughly examines all of the organization’s practices through the seven core issues of the ISO 26000 standard: governance, human rights, labor relations and working conditions, the environment, fair operating practices, consumer issues, and local development.
For iQo, this process involved an in-depth on-site audit that combined an analysis of documentary evidence with individual interviews with employees, customers, and key partners.
Impact and CSR at the Heart of Our Consulting Firm's Approach
iQo has a robust CSR framework, with a mission model broken down into 4 strategic objectives, 7 operational objectives, and 13 initiatives, led by a dedicated coordinator and integrated at all levels of governance (Executive Committee, Mission Committee, Impact Core Team, coordinators, and teams). This initiative is supported by proactive monitoring, strong internal communication, active participation in networks and events, and a reporting system currently being developed.
