Created in 2014, Agriconomie is the first online sales site entirely dedicated to farmer supplies. From the creation of iQo in 2021, and as part of our consultancy offering covering all the needs of the Agriculture, Food and Retail sectors, we have forged partnerships with startups in theAgriTech. Agriconomie proved to be a natural partner.

The meaning of partnership with Agriconomie
Successful implementation of the AWL Platform requires several dimensions to be addressed in parallel:
- a technical dimension linked to the platform
- a strategic dimension (business model, operating model, links with other activities, etc.).
- a business dimension (target organizations and processes)
- a Change Management dimension (mobilizing teams, synergies with other sales channels, training future users, creating or adapting jobs, etc.).
In addition to perfectly mastered project structuring and management, this type of project requires constant navigation between strategic vision and concrete implementation , with a large number of pre-operational tasks to be carried out simultaneously.
The combination of Agriconomie's and iQo's know-how enables us to address the project holistically.
Created in 2014, Agriconomie is the first online sales site entirely dedicated to farmers' supplies.
Its product range covers fertilizers, seeds, spare parts, workshop equipment, crop protection products and animal nutrition.
Agriconomie is also a technology platform (AWL) offered on a "white label" model,
, to customers wishing to set up a web sales channel to complement their traditional sales channels, or to acquire more powerful tools for their web sales channel.

The Agriconomie and iQo teams worked together to develop a support approach tailored to this type of project, incorporating feedback from both partners.
iQo benefits

Numerous assignments involving management of complex projects, business model development and business expansion

Knowledge of the platform to accelerate work with business units in the various phases of the project

Expertise data, logistics / supply chain, customer experience / digital... which can be mobilized for specific support

Experience in interim management in various sectors
The iQo x Agriconomie approach
As part of a project implementing the AWL platform, iQo is able to offer tailor-made support to project management, from upstream (scoping) right through to the nominal ramp-up of the service, and on each of its "business" aspects.
Framing
Objective: to explain the business model for the future platform, the associated ambitions and the project environment.
Structuring the project
Objective: to identify and describe the major aspects of the project, set them out in a general schedule, set up the project team and establish its governance.
Solution construction and organization preparation
Objective: design, build and test the platform; set up the operational team and prepare the launch of the business in all its dimensions (marketing, Procurement, logistics, administration...).
Operational launch and ramp-up to nominal
Objective: to launch the operational service step by step, anticipate and support the ramp-up, learn and adjust according to feedback from the field.
Our support reinforces the resources and skills that the customer can mobilize internally, and those that Agriconomie mobilizes on its side to adapt and implement the platform.
