The meaning of partnership with Agriconomie

Successful implementation of the AWL Platform requires several dimensions to be addressed in parallel:

  • a technical dimension linked to the platform
  • a strategic dimension (business model, operating model, links with other activities, etc.).
  • a business dimension (target organizations and processes)
  • a Change Management dimension (mobilizing teams, synergies with other sales channels, training future users, creating or adapting jobs, etc.).
