Mathilde des Courtis has joined iQo to strengthen the firm’s expertise in advising clients in the asset management, banking, and insurance sectors.
A graduate of ESCP, Mathilde began her career in Generali’s Investment Department before joining the consulting firm SeaBird in 2017, where she became Deputy CEO in 2024.
There, she developed extensive expertise in the finance and investment sectors, as well as in supporting strategic and operational transformations. She has led projects focused on the performance of finance, savings, and asset management functions, as well as risk and compliance issues.
She primarily works with clients inthe insurance, banking, and asset management sectors, from strategy development through to operational implementation.
Its strength lies in its ability to combine business expertise, strategic vision, and operational transformation, combined with extensive experience in developing consulting services for companies in the insurance, banking, and asset management sectors.
I chose to join iQo because, of course, I see there a certain vision of consulting that we share. But above all, because our differences and the ways we complement each other open up a considerably broader playing field—from strategy to transformation; from banking to insurance and asset management; and from convictions to their implementation. The link between Strategic Transformation and Operational Transformation is at the heart of the project we’re driving, and I’m thrilled to do my part!
