iQo is proud to announce the arrival of Alain-Bernard DUVICas a partner in the Strat'Ops division, to develop the offering Supply Chain alongside François LAHAM.
What is your career path?
I trained at an international business school and have a Master's degree in Supply Chain.
I began my career in industry as Logistics Manager for Seb, then as Director Supply Chain for Stephane Kélian (luxury shoes in Romans sur Isère).
I joined the consulting world in 2000 at Kearney Interactive in the Supply Chain practice. I went on to work for various firms before joining iQo a few weeks ago in Supply Chain and Operations within the Strat'Ops division.
In particular, I have developed expertise and a strong appetite for the issues of Supply Chain Sustainability and circularity, as well as, more generally, for value creation through Supply Chain.
Why did you decide to join the iQo project?
I was seduced by this new consulting model and the notion ofhybridizationthe strong skills in Data and Tech and the desire to carry out high-impact missions while taking into account human dynamics in the construction of transformations.
It's also the managerial model that speaks to me, since it involves all strata of the organization (all "makers"). (all "makers") and which invests heavily in people, with a rich and ambitious training program.
I discovered a strong entrepreneurial project, the collective ambition for growth and the freedom this implies to create, develop and accelerate.
